Discussion: Practical Area Studies? Intersections of Research and Policymaking
On Monday 24 January, 2-4 pm, the fifth edition of the online series „Area Studies under Discussion“ with take place, exploring the intersections of academia, education, policymaking and diplomacy.

Participants will include: Former EEGA Research Area Coordinator Prof. Dr. Stefan Troebst (Leibniz Institute for the History and Culture of Eastern Europe (GWZO) and Leipzig University) and former EEGA guest researcher Prof. Dr. Margarita Balmaceda (School of Diplomacy and International Relations, Seton Hall University, NJ).
